Black Pine PM is a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) — the gold standard for professional property management. That membership isn’t a badge we hang on the wall. It means we’re actively held to a code of ethics, fair housing standards, and continuing education requirements that most property managers simply don’t have. Brianna, the owner, holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation. Earning it required documented experience managing hundreds of units, 18 hours of specialized property management coursework, an ethics certification, letters of recommendation from both fellow designees and property owner clients, and active service to the profession. It’s not a test you pass in a weekend. It’s a designation you earn over years of doing this work at a high level. She also serves as the 2024–2025 Community Service Chair for the NARPM SW Idaho Chapter, sits on the Boise Regional Realtors Public Policy Committee, and is a past member of the Women’s Council of NARPM.
