Owner
Brianna Wardle
Brianna Wardle is a native of Idaho, having been raised in the state since she was three years old. She’s proud to call Idaho her home and is passionate about showcasing all that the state has to offer. Brianna graduated from Boise State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing). She brings years of experience in customer service, graphic design, social media, marketing, and advertising to the table, making her an excellent choice for all of your property management and real estate needs.
In her free time, Brianna loves spending time outdoors. She’s an avid hiker, snowboarder, snowmobiler, and camper, and enjoys pretty much any activity that gets her outside. In fact, it was her love of the outdoors that inspired her to name her business “Black Pine Real Estate,” after a mountain range in Southern Idaho. Brianna also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring different parts of the world.
Giving back to the community has always been important to Brianna. She’s deeply involved in the local community, serving on the Women’s Council of Property Managers and as the Southwest Idaho NARPM Chapter Community Service Chair. These roles allow her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and foster meaningful connections within the community. She has also served as a board member for Rays for Rare, a non-profit organization that helps families affected by rare diseases.
